What will we need:

  • 300 g of biscuits
  • 3 spoons of Nutella
  • 2 bananas
  • 70 g of ricotta cheese (you can replace it with mascarpone or soft cottage cheese)
  • 80 g of white chocolate
  • 80 g of milk chocolate
  • 120 g of melted butter
  • 30 g of powdered sugar
  • 70 ml of whipping cream
  • 30 g of coconut flour
  • Bubble foil

How are we going to proceed:

1. Crush the biscuits and mix them gently with a stick blender.

2. Add melted butter, mix, add Nutella and mix well again.

3. Spread the mixture on the food foil, cover with another foil and roll out into a thin sheet.

4. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

5. Add the whipping cream and whip. Gently mix in the coconut flour and spread the mixture evenly on the rolled cookie sheet.

6. Place two bananas on the sheet and roll up with foil.

7. Put the roll in the fridge for 30 minutes.

8. Heat the white and milk chocolate. Pour both warmed chocolates into decorating bags.

9. Prepare bubble wrap and alternately sprinkle chocolate on it. Spread gently with a spoon.

10. Remove the roll from the foil and place bubble wrap with chocolate on its surface. Place back in the fridge for 30 minutes.
